Trips and fuel on WhatsApp
Your drivers already use WhatsApp. With FleetManagerHub they use it to start and finish trips, record fuel with a photo of the receipt, and report problems with the truck, and you get every record numbered, dated and in one place.
Shortened: the questions in between (odometer, litres, delivery) are left out.
How a trip is recorded
- The driver sends START, the odometer and the vehicle check: the trip begins and gets its number, e.g. 2610-01-1A.
- On arrival, COMPLETE with the odometer and whether the load was delivered. The return leg is 1B.
- The driver can give the customer’s amount; it waits for your confirmation before it counts as income.
Fuel with proof
- FUEL with the litres, the amount and the odometer, then a photo of the receipt.
- Each fill-up is checked against the truck’s usual. A fill-up sent twice is held for review, not paid twice.
Problems straight to you
A driver reports a problem in their own words. Serious ones reach the owner and managers at once; a critical one stops the truck from starting a new trip until it is cleared.
Linking a driver
You add the driver, the system gives a one-time code, and the driver sends it from their WhatsApp. One tap from the app sends them a message with the code ready to send.
